Almost balsamic like with a true strawberry sweet flavour, this vinegar is perfect on salad’s with seafood and in dishes that a sweet but tart kick is needed. Also fabulous as a refreshing mocktail, mix like a cordial with 1/4 strawberry vinegar soda water and add a sprig of fresh mint.
