step-by-step

Beef deliveries occur monthly from January to November with Christmas orders delivered in December only. For notification of delivery dates sign-up for our e-newsletters and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Orders are prioritised according to numerical order received–so first-in, best-beefed!

Step 1 - Browse Menu

Browse our menu for current cuts, products and specials. Most cuts are available in 500g or 1kg sizes. Roasts will generally be 1.5kg’s or larger. All orders are cut to your requirements, just let us know when placing your order.

Step 2 - Order

Simply complete your order using the form on this page. You can enter your order details as text or upload a completed menu using the form. You can also email a completed menu to [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email of your order.

Step 3 - Payment & Confirmation

An invoice of the actual weights of your beef will be emailed to you the evening prior to your delivery. Please pay this via EFT into our bank account as per invoice bank account details within 48 hrs of delivery.

Step 4 - Delivery

A minimum order of 4kg’s is required for home delivery at a minimal cost of $10 per order. We deliver to most parts of Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Scenic Rim, the Gold Coast and Kinross Rd, Thornlands (meet-up) or you can come to the farm and pick up your order. When necessary you may be asked to meet at a central pick-up point that is close to your home.

Fresh from the farm to you via a fully-accredited butchering facility, our free range beef is hung and dry-aged in a climate-controlled cooler for 5-7 days before being cut.

Dry-ageing the beef in this way helps tenderise the meat. Our award-winning butcher then cuts the meat to your requirements. You can choose your favourite cuts from as little as 1kg per cut.

We retain ownership of our beef throughout the entire process, delivering your meat to you in a Food Safe accredited refrigerated van.

You have complete traceability and minimal food miles. You even have the opportunity to come out and see the cattle in their farm environment.
