Beef deliveries occur monthly from January to November with Christmas orders delivered in December only. For notification of delivery dates sign-up for our e-newsletters and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Orders are prioritised according to numerical order received–so first-in, best-beefed!
premium free range beef
Fresh from the farm to you via a fully-accredited butchering facility, our free range beef is hung and dry-aged in a climate-controlled cooler for 5-7 days before being cut.
Dry-ageing the beef in this way helps tenderise the meat. Our award-winning butcher then cuts the meat to your requirements. You can choose your favourite cuts from as little as 1kg per cut.
We retain ownership of our beef throughout the entire process, delivering your meat to you in a Food Safe accredited refrigerated van.
You have complete traceability and minimal food miles. You even have the opportunity to come out and see the cattle in their farm environment.
